Songs about God
By Rini Valentina
My poetry doesn't have any rhyme
About you my Lord
Maybe even without diction
Just pure consciousness
Behind the hardness of a heart
In the middle of a thick laugh
In the corner of the soul cabin
And in the morning without sun
I look at the sweet song of the canary
I let a little stream run down on my cheek
With a sin as big as the galaxy
Blurred eyes without light
I lost track of You, who used to be with me
Or am I the only one who can't see You?
My sobs choked my lungs
My heart darkens like the dusk left by the sun
My river on my cheek keeps flowing sad
Cause my fingers still can't reach You with billions of hopes
With a poem as thick as a book of accusations
My sin isn't a secret on Your hands
My pain is not as big as the cross on your back
Oh God ...
Your hug alters my cold
Your screams are even bigger than mine
Because my sin has tormented you!
My dwarfism in Your world
Which is always challenging You
I give my twiggy sin on Your feet
On curly sheet ...
